The three will serve as the firm’s Co-Managing Partners, with Lachtman chairing the firm’s Real Estate Group and Cohen and Belowich co-chairing the firm’s Litigation Group.

The new firm’s combined roster of attorneys, each of whom spent years developing their legal skills in New York City law firms, includes Greg Blue (Litigation) as Of Counsel, Kerry Cunningham (Litigation) and Joanna Sandolo (Litigation) as Counsel, and Robert Levine (Corporate and Real Estate) as Of Counsel. The firm’s talented team also includes senior paralegals Danielle L. Duffie and Lori Nicolo.

“This firm will be a true combination of equals,” said Brian Belowich. “We are bringing together two thriving groups with complementary practice strengths, the same core values and culture, and a common vision for expansion in Westchester County. Our clients will benefit from our collective talents and resources, deep bench strength, and commitment to highly sophisticated and exceptional service.”

The firm’s practice areas are Real Estate, including Commercial Acquisitions and Sales, Office and Retail Leasing, Real Estate Finance, Cooperatives and Condominiums, and Residential Real Estate, Litigation, including Business and Commercial Litigation, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Appellate Advocacy, Civil Rights and Constitutional Law, Class Action Litigation, Construction Law and Litigation, Creditors Rights, Employment Litigation, Estate Litigation, Landlord-Tenant Law, Real Estate Litigation, Securities and Financial Fraud, and Venture Capital Litigation, and Corporate Law.

“This is a very exciting new chapter of growth,” said Brian Cohen. “For our newly-combined team and others in the community who share our values, it is a unique opportunity to be a part of a transformative, innovative, and vibrant law firm that will be like no other in Westchester County – a firm that prioritizes mental health and wellbeing, values creativity and entrepreneurship, is collegial and treats people equally, fairly, and respectfully, and where everyone enjoys collaborative teamwork and loves to compete and win.”

With strong relationships and decades of experience in their respective practice areas, the groups have great synergies and combine in a way that positions the new firm for collective success.

“Each of our legacy firms had stellar reputations, and together, we will continue to provide highly sophisticated service at rates that are unachievable at big firms,” said David Lachtman. “We take great pride in the long-term relationships that we have developed with our clients, who trust us as indispensable advisors and advocates, and we will always be guided by what is best for them and our team.”
