David Lachtman, Brian Cohen, and Brian Belowich are pleased to announce the creation of a new law firm, Lachtman Cohen & Belowich LLP, based in White Plains, NY with additional offices in New York City and Greenwich, CT, effective January 1, 2024. The three will serve as the firm’s Co-Managing Partners, with Lachtman chairing the firm’s Real Estate Group and Cohen and Belowich co-chairing the firm’s Litigation Group.

The new firm’s combined roster of attorneys, each of whom spent years developing their legal skills in New York City law firms, includes Greg Blue (Litigation) as Of Counsel, Kerry Cunningham (Litigation) and Joanna Sandolo (Litigation) as Counsel, and Robert Levine (Corporate and Real Estate) as Of Counsel. The firm’s talented team also includes senior paralegals Danielle L. Duffie and Lori Nicolo.
