Debra Mandl is an experienced commercial real estate attorney whose practice encompasses acquisitions, dispositions, financing and leasing transactions involving a broad range of asset classes throughout the United States.

Debra has extensive experience representing one of the nation’s largest privately held real estate investment and management companies in connection with its nationwide portfolio of shopping centers and retail properties. Her work includes acquisitions and dispositions, mortgage and other financing transactions, commercial leasing, shopping center subdivisions and parcel sales, reciprocal easement agreements, title and survey review, due diligence, and entity structuring for real estate acquisitions.

She also represents lenders and borrowers in commercial financing transactions and has experience negotiating telecommunications site leases and related agreements.

Debra advises clients on transactions involving retail, industrial, office, multifamily, mixed-use and vacant land properties. She takes a practical, business-oriented approach to complex real estate matters, working closely with clients to identify potential issues early, develop effective solutions and efficiently guide transactions from contract through closing.

Her responsive and thoughtful approach, coupled with a focus on her clients’ business objectives, has enabled Debra to develop longstanding relationships with clients who rely on her as a trusted advisor.
