DEBBIE MANDL JOINS THE FIRM AS COUNSEL

We’re pleased to welcome Debra “Debbie” Mandl to Lachtman Cohen & Belowich LLP as Counsel.

Debbie is an experienced commercial real estate attorney whose practice includes acquisitions, dispositions, financing and leasing transactions across a broad range of asset classes throughout the United States. She brings extensive experience representing sophisticated real estate owners and investors in complex transactions involving retail, industrial, office, multifamily and mixed-use properties.

“Debbie brings tremendous experience across virtually every aspect of sophisticated commercial real estate transactions,” said David Lachtman, Co-Managing Partner and Chair of the firm’s Real Estate Practice. “Just as importantly, she understands the business considerations that drive those transactions and approaches her work with the practical judgment and responsiveness that our clients value. Debbie earned her B.A., cum laude, from Barnard College, her M.P.A. from Columbia University, and her J.D. from the University of Illinois Law School (formerly The John Marshall Law School).
