Brian Cohen Presents to the NYSBA House of Delegates on Combating Antisemitism and Anti-Asian Hate

We are pleased to announce that on Friday, January 19, 2024, the New York State Bar Association’s House of Delegates approved the report of the Association’s Task Force on Combating Antisemitism and Anti-Asian Hate, of which firm partner Brian Cohen serves as co-chair with Vince Chang of Davis Polk & Wardwell.

The firm is proud of Brian’s leadership, thanks and commends the task force for its great work, and profoundly supports the report, which calls for measures to address hate crimes reporting, provisions to modify the scope and proof requirements of the NYS Hate Crime Law, measures to address Internet hate speech, and steps to enforce the Dignity for All Students Act.
